THE ART OF NOTICING.
An exploration of everyday moments, overlooked details and the visual connections between people, places and forms.
Anna Bachmeier ; Visual Artist
I'm a visual artist working with acrylic painting and analogue photography, currently based somewhere between Lyon and Karlsruhe.
My work explores the beauty of everyday moments, often overlooked details, and the visual connections between people, places, colours and forms.
Through photography, I observe and document the world around me. Painting allows me to explore a more intuitive approach, working with layers, lines and colour.
I particularly enjoy bringing these two mediums together in exhibitions, exploring the contrast between them and the unexpected connections that emerge.
